Refund policy

• At Easture, we maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Returns: Due to the nature of skincare and health supplements, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. Returns are only eligible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Reporting: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos as proof.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they are dispatched.
